…it would be herbs. They need very little care, grow in less-than-perfect soil, and are fun to cook with. Some I rarely use but enjoy looking at and love having them in the garden all the same. Many are perennials, so they return faithfully year after year. I love their different looks and flowers and aromas. Here’s a photo gallery of how they look today to tempt you.
